and am seeing my need to be free from my anxietys more than ever lately.Now if only I could figure out how.

Still at work and have been slamming vitamins, DayQuil, and cough drops today. I am hoping this gets better before Sunday when I have to lead music for a morning and an evening service.

Reminds me of that one guy who tried to claim the million dollar prize from the James Randi Foundation by claiming that he can make a disaster happen somewhere in the world just by tilting his head.

Been having major computer issues. Arghh.. I wish I wasn't so emotionally sensitive. I feel like I freak out about things more than normal. Always paranoid little things will snowball into huge problems.
