Not at all. For a truly imperfect but aspiring knight, to show any care at all for my sisters is only befitting of me. I have treated others poorly - brother and sister and enemy alike - enough times in my past with my anger and my bitter sarcasm, such that it is time to begin making amends for that as best as I can by treating them well if I am able to.

Code. We're supposed to be training but that hasn't officially started yet, so we do whatever we feel like, except that we're all professionals and self-directing our own training. I organized some new friends and came up with a lot of ideas, and I'm currently challenging myself with some problems I always wanted to solve.

Work is strange. I've never had a salaried position before, and I always feel guilty for not clocking in or out between breaks and what not. This is definitely a new experience.

I hope it's not indicative of trouble beneath the surface. I feel like this is such a waste of time and money, and if job security were really there, we'd be hard at work at something already. Granted, they are a legit company with a decent reputation, and there were no tricky contracts, so it's not like my last experience, at least. I still have the sneaking suspicion that mistakes were made, or something fell through, but I could also be totally wrong.
