As far as cheap lean protein goes fish wise I just always stuck with canned tuna. Used to hate it, then I ate it so much and because I had so much testosterone pumping through me back then due to weight training/running I used to crave it/love it.
Very cheap too.

Body's an amazing thing adaptation wise.

Yeah, I know about tuna, but for me the only way to eat tuna.... is to cover it with a ton of stuff that make it a moot point at best.

Not only that but tuna every day is so bland. Im looking for change I can stick with.... so a compromise balance of healthy and taste.

I could eat tuna every day and hate life but have 5% body fat.......... or I can have 10-15 and enjoy life. I take 10-15.

I've lost about 8-12 pounds now so Im losing thats what I want but I do want fish in my diet and other "good stuff" but there is a reason I haven't been eating fish and veggies.... but instead chose dr pepper and burgers.

I just have to learn what sacrifices I can live with. (When the tacos come out.... Im not saying no.... so thats one sacrifice that can never be made.)

If it was me I'd wait until I felt better and the symptoms weren't contagious. But then I rarely ever get my hair cut...

How wierd would it be to ask someone here what my dream means, if I saw a detailed dream about someone here and got curious if it happens to mean something?

I know it's wierd, but is it horribly wierd, just a bit too wierd, or passably wierd?

I'm secretly hoping that this secret person in question, who was in the dream would comment saying that they wouldn't be totally creeped out by it, so I could ask.

Eating this salmon makes a taste in my mouth like a leather store smells........ if that makes any sense.

See.... this is why Im not a fan of fish...... its..... weird. Fish..... the other strange meat.

I thought so. Frozen salmon is usually pretty bad.

If you can get it fresh at a good grocery store or seafood market it is worlds better in flavor, color, texture, etc.

The problem, is that the producers freeze and package the crap bits like the tail end or the portion near the head. No one would dare freeze the middle because it's just superior. If you have a nice slice of that, slow baked and wrapped in newspaper you'll know what I'm talking about - really melt in the mouth stuff, like the texture of a rotisserie chicken.

I bought a whole salmon a few years ago - I gutted and filleted it myself. I just threw away the parts that you get in those horrible shrink-wrapped freeze bags, because they're just not desirable. At all.

Oh, gosh, a two paragraph post on salmon... I think someone needs to waste more time watching television.

I suppose that if someone wanted to break that rule, then massive "tuning down the creep factor" - measures should be taken. Although, such measures might not be enough to save the day after taking such a wierd path in the first place.

Well, dreams are just random dreams mostly, so chances are it's nothing. I guess this was just a moment of random curiosity from my part, the dream felt so real even after waking up.

Sorry to disappoint but there are no romantic confessions in the menu this time. I would appreciate the drama myself, but can't help ya, sorry!

And well, even if hypothetically speaking I had that sort of confessions to make, I'd prefer to be making them to Finnish women as they tend to live a little bit closer to me. Having to book a flight to have a coffee date is adventurous and cool but after a short while it gets just unpractical.

I had a weird dream about a week ago. I was laying there, sleeping like an overfed walrus, when suddenly, something hit me in the face like it was both angry and trying to get my attention. It didn't hurt, but it was so vivid it was like a physical sensation. I "awoke" to instant sleep paralysis and the awareness that something was sitting on top of me. I kept trying to curse at it but being too paralyzed to be able to speak coherently, it just made things worse, until I officially woke up to myself slurring incoherently. So I went to go do something else.

I don't know what it means but I like to think I offended someone in the spirit realm.

Back when I watched Doctor Who, I recall some business about a woman who died, but her consciousness was still attached to a spacesuit... well, my dream involved something along those lines, and I was able to converse with Jonathan briefly before his consciousness vanished completely.

On paper, it sounds nice to have some sense of closure like that, but it's been bothering me ever since.
