To everyone that was worried about me. I am sorry that I have been away for so long, and I am very sorry for causing worry. Life has been interesting and taken many turns, and the way it has been going, I will probably not be able to be active here on CF like I used to be, but I hope that everyone is still doing well.

We all miss you but it is understandable.

(Sigh) another fun encounter with my neurotic mother. She screams and she yells and then plays victim. I've been chased out of the house again to escape my anxious mess of a family member.

Mental illness, a messed up family, living in a crappy redneck town in the middle of nowhere, no job due to my dizzy spells...

I'm really getting sick of life again.

Didn't realize how far my weight/fat % had gotten out of hand till I took some pictures today. Not pretty. Want to get down to atleast 12% bodyfat, no clue what I'm at right now but it's nowhere near there, and to be able to run for an hour without stopping.

Gonna kick start it with a run (picked the worst month to start - )

Didn't realize how far my weight/fat % had gotten out of hand till I took some pictures today. Not pretty. Want to get down to atleast 12% bodyfat, no clue what I'm at right now but it's nowhere near there, and to be able to run for an hour without stopping.

Speaking of cold, it's gotten really bad here lately. Like I say every year yet new do.. I need to move somewhere more southern.

OMM: Started to get excited about flying home and spending time with my family for the holidays. I actually (lovingly) bullied my Mum into getting a Christmas tree this year! Really looking forward to decorating together and getting to do holiday baking with her and my aunt.. I can almost taste the cookies already

Emily has hurt herself. I think it's her spine, she's flinching from the mid back onwards, is gingerly walking, and is struggling to jump on/off the sofa. This happened in the space of 30 minutes.

She's old. Very old. It's going to be euthanasia, or maxxing out my credit card for a very old dog to be stressed out, for what a few more years? I've seen this before, I'm not sure it's worth prolonging her life, but I'll be an emotional wreck if we do not at least try.

They're putting it off because they do not want to make that decision, they let her insurance lapse and have convinced themselves she'll be fine in 24 hours. But she's in pain. They get 2 hours, then I'm calling the emergency vet with or without their consent. I'd rather pay £250+ for a vet visit + onsior than do nothing and see her struggle.

I feel your pain. My dog had to be put down a couple weeks ago.
