I feel so uneasy on nights when it's going to storm. I'm not sure why. I guess I can sense it. My bones feel restless and I can't get comfortable. Also, I had probably the BEST salsa in my life. It didn't taste green or bitter like other salsas. It was perfect. Is it sad that I'm so excited about salsa?:ahah::blink:

I wish I could answer to the affirmative. Alas, it's a far more pragmatic philosophy of what will fit, how and where.

I will say the idea of modelling anything after a particular mathematical equation has been destroyed after what befell a character in a tale I wrote.

That's the nice thing about the Golden Ratio. You can make it fit into any space, no matter the total dimensions, by subdividing the original dimensions. The Golden Ratio, and Fibonacci Numbers, are esthetically pleasing to the eye, which is why they are used in everything from furniture design, architecture, to works of art. Even people who are said to be "beautiful", their facial dimensions fall into close alignment with the Golden Ratio.

If you ask me you are perhaps a bit to calm about it. But yes, its perfectly normal to get excited about salsa.

Salsa..... its even fun to say.... of course if you have some and you are saying it.... you are unworthy as you should have the salsa in your mouth with at least chips chompin away.

Now Salsa and cheese...... mmmmmmmmmmmm heaven in a bowl.

Now, if only my pizza bites would hurry up. Im starving and for some reason have been craving those little frozen marvels. I looked for the taco versions as I wanted to try them but alas, my search was in vain.

It seems to me Theologians dont really know God personally. Thats why they are theologists.

That's a broad statement.

I think a more accurate statement would be millions of professing Christians don't know God. Some of them just happen to be theologians.

The fact someone calls themselves that, though, isn't a metric for understanding or qualification to speak with authority. There are theologians in every denomination that hold views contrary to others. Just the nature of things, really.

Even though it's a Holiday my brain is still in 'wake up early on the weekdays' mode.:whyy: :waaah: Though, it's not early anymore.

I also had a weird dream about living in a society where we had to be perfect. So everyone was standing in a line waiting to be "judged" and seen by a plastic surgeon so we could discuss how he can alter our bodies to make us more physically appealing. Then there was a part where I was on a table and people were reaching into my mouth and breaking my teeth apart. :lost:

Good to know my brain is still very much active even when I sleep. :nowords:

I've only been out of college since December, but I'm thoroughly convinced the only reason my tuition didn't cover everything is so they can feel justified asking me for money as an alumni.

That sounds like a horrible nightmare. To think that everyone would look like me and I would no longer be the pinnacle of handsomeness and perfection. :p

It's a broad statement, but I think it raises a fair question. In fact, it was joked around that an MDiv (Masters of Divinity) turns people into atheists. I was also apart of a conversation over lunch after church about how many of our Bible profs at college (who all have PhD's or are PhD candidates) actually believe in what they've studied. Even not at that level, on the very first day of Freshman Bible, my professor said "almost everything you learned in Sunday School is wrong." Even someone who minored in Bible, I can see how you need to have incredibly strong and deep faith to survive as a theologian. I also firmly believe that most pastors, especially if they've had a formal, academic seminary education, do not preach and teach what they believe to keep everyone happy.

You must have gone to an interesting seminary...The joke at mine was that everyone ends up Presbyterian.
