CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The site I use to go to actually had to turn off the chat feature because of that problem. lol

Well this was a free playstation casino game. I sat there just laughing at these guys.
Yes, I am a flirt but.... these guys, it was as if their life depended on getting interest from the "women" in the game. As if a dude cant just make a "hot" avatar or something.
I mean in a way I feel bad for them being THAT hard up for a date but...... man.
It would be one thing if they had long conversations and he said "Hey Id like to get to know you better. Is there some way we could talk more?" etc.... but this was a case of "Wow gurl u look gr8 and so hawt........... and blah blah blah..." etc....
If I had popcorn Id have just sat there reading it that was entertainment. lol

Yeah, it's pretty lame when they immediately go to that extreme (and using shorthand text like "u" and "gr8" in the so-doing *rolls eyes*), ... and kind of sad when they don't even stop to consider that, as you said, it may very well just be a guy in real life who chose a feminine avatar.
Anyways, may I ask for everyone's prayers that I do well in my new lab job with Dr. pepper. It seems to be going well so far. I have been corrected a few times for forgetting something or other in the fast pace of things, perhaps even only as frequently a minor mistake as one of the lab techs who have already been there for a while would make, while at least two other people have said I am doing well and am a fast learner, but still, there are several new aspects I still have to get used to in order to fully fit in, I think, and, well, it never hurts to ask for prayer support.
(Speaking of which, @Toro, there is one thing I noticed about working for Dr. pepper that kind of sucks, since you brought up the fact that you heard a few horror stories or something to that effect a few weeks ago - and it is that they are absolute Nazis when it comes to management of their employee work time system. I even got called out for one time so far in which I clocked out five minutes after it was time to quit my shift, when I had been working all the while anyway and was just trying to wrap things up on my end so as not to leave a potential burden on my coworkers who had to take over, so it's not like I was even goofing off getting five free minutes of pay. So I was told to be sure I clock out at exactly 6:30pm. Like, not one minute before or after. They even use thumbprints for identification when you punch the clock; that's a new one on me, personally. They are just a little too ridiculous about it in my opinion, but, thankfully that's the only real gripe I have so far.

I gave up being a proofreader for other people because the computer tries to proofread instead and fails miserably, I end up correcting the computer's mistakes. Like my silly ipad always wants to put 'I' instead of 'o'.

Lol, I think it WAS something I ate but not an "uncooked" issue.... more like a too much grease. I think I ate too many potato chips. Doritos my stomach is fine with..... but potato chips it seems if I don't eat enough bread to soak up grease I get miserably nauseous.
I think I at too many chips, Its about the only time that I can feel like death and feel fine in such a short amount of time.
