And that, my dear friend, is perfectly okay in my book. It means I'm being myself and being myself is what I've always wanted. I'm so tired of living up to someone else's standards...I am me, I can't change that and I don't want to.

Unfortunately...now that people are actually realizing how weird and strange I am, I do believe I might be scaring some of them away....

No matter...deep down in my soul, I feel like I am and always will be a loner. Until someone comes along and proves me otherwise, I'll just stay in my little corner with my kitties and vidya games.

That is exactly what I do. Weird is the norm for me...those who don't like it can just walk out.

They key is to stop caring what others think. It works wonders. I used to have the same fears of being viewed a certain way, once I stopped letting it bother me I felt comfortable in my own skin and all of my social anxiety went away.

Last day of shopping tomorrow. I am so excited that I'm done already! So, I'll divide my time between all the Christmas movies, games and baking instead.
