What's on my mind? Well let's see......I DID try to hook up my TV but only half of it worked. The stupid TV is so old I don't know if it has a search channel thing but I couldn't find it if it does and I could not find an online manual either. So the ROKU is hooked up and ready to stream, but the regular local channels aren't.
Then after that frustration, I realized I was out of journals so I head off to walmart to get one and I get a call from my youngest son. He was in an accident. No one hurt, but it was his fault, and he was scared so I had to go to where he was at. Then while I'm there on the phone with AAA to come get the car cuz his radiator was smashed in and leaking (nothing happened to the jeep he hit) my other son calls. His car blew a hole in the block or something but completely undrivable and he has a job and school! Thankfully he doesn't have school this week cuz of spring break and we are hoping the engine will be covered under the extended warranty but we are currently down 2 cars. And on the other side of it my younger son keeps throwing up in the mornings and I don't know if it's cuz he doesn't want to go to school or if something is really wrong with him. He doesn't want to go to the Dr. but I'm not sure what would cause that. He said it's been happening for a couple of weeks now. But he is fine in the afternoon when he's hanging with all his friends.
Bottom line is even though this is a major dump on us all at once, I was surprisingly calm and am trusting God to help us thru all this. So THAT was amazing.

now my younger one is arguing with me thru text that he is not going to stay at school, would rather just get his GED and I want to choke him (not literally but YKWIM)! Is it not bad enough to have 2 cars down? I guess the ol devil thinks not LOL.

Gotta love it when your step daughter tries to "be helpful" when her life is anything BUT together. Work on your own life and THEN you can maybe help someone else but don't try and jump in like you know something when you don't.

I passed my last medication math test and never have to take another one. (We take them every 8 weeks and have to pass in order to give medications in the hospital settings). We started class by going over the pile of paperwork we have to complete in order to be allowed to take our licensing exam. God is good and two of my favorite people in nursing school are in my class and we got assigned together to work on one of our many research papers. I don't know if the reality of the fact I am almost done has sunk in yet. I hope after meeting my clinical instructor on Thursday, I will feel like I can relax a bit and breath again when I learn what her expectations are. I am trying to not let the panic of taking the big licensing exam and finding a job to overtake me. I have to finish this program first.

That is SO excellent blackribbon. I envy you for going back to school for such a great career. I would not be a good nurse though, too queasy.
Today started out with a bang.....I must have some kind of virus or something because I have had to delete 9 to 10 THOUSAND not an exaggeration, emails so far! They are all system admin delivery failure. What's weird is they are sending out emails to addresses I've never heard of. They are not from our address book in outlook, but needless to say I do not know how to stop it. I contacted our email provider and am waiting to hear back. I know something similar happened to me in my personal email before and all I had to do was change my password. This is our work email though! It's from some funeral home saying sorry for the loss of your friend which makes me think I did something because of our recent friend just dying.
But more importantly today is my oldest son's birthday 20 years old. His car is in the shop waiting to see if the warranty will cover his new engine (it better) and he got a rental car yesterday and if they cover the engine they will cover the rental too.

This is on my mind, today.
Towards the end of the service at my church on Sunday nite, I had my eyes closed, and a "vision" started to unfold in my mind. I saw people standing, with eyes closed, and faces raised in complete surrender to Jesus. I saw, coming down from above, beautiful, pure, white "light". It was kind of cascading down onto the people, and was falling in droplets onto them. It wasnt wet as such, but as it fell, it looked like it would if a drop of rain fell on your clothes, if that makes sense. The "droplets" continued to cascade down....saturating everyone, and seeping *into* them....being absorbed into every single part of there mind, body and soul. It was stunning!!
Every time I think about it, I get goosies!!
