What's something you want to do before you "kick the bucket"?

I want to visit Israel. :)

Honestly the only thing I want before I kick the bucket is to see my son become an adult capable of caring for himself after I'm gone.

I've been to Israel. It was one of the benefits of working for an Israeli company.

I hear you on this one.

In our predicament though; it doesn't seem likely my son will ever be able to take care of himself. And so as weird as this may sound; I would actually be relieved to see him pass into eternity before I do. I will have to trust though, that if we are not the generation that actually sees the end of time; God will continue to care for my son. After all; He has not brought any of us this far to drop us on our heads now!

One day be in a hot jacuzzi on a cold snowy day, on a deck with an incredible snow capped mountain view, sipping on something as I just take it all in (maybe in the Alps)

I'd like to climb Island Peak in the Himalaya before I get too old to do it. I've done a couple of peaks there around the 5,500m mark, I'm not too fussed about climbing Everest, but I'd like to do Island Peak. It's a straightforward climb that has an amazing view from the top.

Oh and finishing some short stories and books.

Maybe opening a dog sanctuary, a small one perhaps.
