I know I want to name one of them something from the bible. I feel like that is going to end up being my wife's decisions in the end though. I think to have your child's name planned out isn't the greatest idea. I also don't like how some girls always tell them self this is going to be my child's name and there husband gets no say what so ever in it. It should be a mutual decision between husband and wife.
Oooh, that's a good question. I'd like only one daughter named Charlotte Elisabeth Beatrix, three names in royal fashion.![]()
If I had a girl, I'd name her Amelia. This may be a silly reason, but I know several Amelias and all of them are beautiful, kind, intelligent people. Plus I just like the name.
Girl: Rebekah, Rachel
Boy: Dominic, Seth
I would also name my kids after my parents, in honor of them. Which my mothers name is Colleen, and my fathers name is Frank.
I would name my first daughter Rachel, second Colleen and third Rebekah. For Sons it would go Frank, Dominic and then Seth.![]()
Lovely names!
My father is called Frank too!!! He was born in Italy and was named Francesco, but his English name is Frank.
Here's a question: When you think about picking out names, what method do you think about using first?
Some examples:
- Family names
- Cultural/ethnic names
- Religious names
- Any name you love, regardless of significance
