This week I have been working on one of Mother Theresa's mottos: It's better to love than be loved.

I am trying to practice unconditional love. So far so good. Things are going well and I feel happier in the process too. :)

I'm working on several things. But, the one I'm working on most is being happy just being who God created me to be. I'm really hard on myself - perfectionist. And, it extends to everything from work to appearance. I want everything to be just so.

Now, in saying that, my house needs some major de-cluttering. Unfortunately, my perfectionism in that respect cannot overrun the innate messyness of two teens. LOL

Lord help me!!!

Okay, back to work!!!!! Have a wonderful day all!!!!

I'm working to become a better person. I want to become a more patient person, a more understanding friend, a better Christian, a better husband, a better student, a better uncle, a better brother, and wish I never had to be a stranger to anyone again. I want to be a friend.

I'm making a concerted effort to organize my Bible study time (as opposed to just fitting it in).

Trusting God for my health, but recognizing that I need to have input - watching my dietary intake, reasonable exercise, following my health care professionals guidance and expertese.

Continuing to strike the right balance between my home and work life (emphasis on the home life).

I'm sure there are more things but those are the couple of biggies that come to mind right off the bat.
