Learning how to take some extra time for myself after 23 years of motherhood and 18 years of homeschooling. I have learned that having a little time for myself has enabled me to love my husband better and enjoy our relationship on a deeper level than when our daughters were little. Being able to up and go out with Hubby at the spur of the moment is so refreshing! A few years ago I was so freaked out at the thought of not having little ones to take care of because that's all I had really known. But now I'm embracing this phase of my life and enjoying it more than I could have ever imagined!
I guess that's what Solomon meant when he said that there's a time/season for everything.
