I'm not surprised -- I've always pointed out that, in my opinion, evolution cannot be falsified.

The theory of evolution would be falsified. Biological evolution (the fact that populations of organisms change over time) would be alot harder to falsify, as you'd pretty much have to show that all observations of populations of organisms changing are somehow in error.

In fact, the Antichrist is going to use evolution during the Tribulation period so effectively, scientists will line up to take the mark.

Again, in my [right to have an] opinion, falsifying evolution is a task reserved for Jesus, Himself, when He returns -- and won't be falsified until then.

That goes into effect Jan 1, 2012. "Section 9006 of the health care bill -- just a few lines buried in the 2,409-page document -- mandates that beginning in 2012 all companies will have to issue 1099 tax forms not just to contract workers but to any individual or corporation from which they buy more than $600 in goods or services in a tax year." Health care law's hidden tax change to launch 1099 avalanche - May. 5, 2010

When ever anyone askes me to sell something for them. I say I will sell it if we use your tax number. No one has taken me up on that yet. No one wants to mess with the government over this. I do not see anyone standing in line. They are not happy over this. If you buy more then $600 in groceries from a store in a years time you are going to be required by law to file a tax form with the IRS.

I spent hours and hours with my accountant trying to figure out what sort of records the government was going to require from me in regards to all of this IRS stuff. The accountant is the one that most wants to get it right because they do not want to go to jail.

There is a difference bewteen turning away from God and turning away from an incorrect and out-dated interpretation of scripture that ignores reality.
being an agnostic I am not sure your qualified for that opinion

Yes because there is none.

So what evidence is not there? What evidence should we expect to see but are not seeing?

Evolution is the work of Satan

Christians used to say the same thing about the Earth orbiting the Sun. Go figure.

That only applies to companies. If you are self employed and are shielded by an S-corp or something along those lines you may have to file a 1099 for all of the other companies that you have purchased from. However, if you run any business software you can probably get this done with ease. You should already have a record of all of your expenses anyway.

Why is it that only *some* Christians think that evolution and God are mutually exclusive?
Some have read what the world's most intolerant religion actually says, seen with their own eyes what is done by those who follow it.

Others are intimidated, and compromise the truth out of fear. Others go even further and compromise truth, claiming it will help win souls.

Christianity is the world's most intolerant religion?

I find that surprising, given the competition.

Is it fear that keeps you from accepting evolution?

I disagree. Nobody who knows beans believes evolution stories for a minute. They're chompin' at the bit, awaiting the day when they can dispense with that pile of low-quality lies, and replace it with another. That's what all the space alien hype's always been about.

It's not up to men; they're waiting for the demons and devils they adore to go public (at least as "aliens", if not as themselves.)

Really, if folks simply quit taking the obvious lies and absurdities seriously, treating "2 + 2 = 5" as if it has some subtle, hidden merit, they'd go back into hiding, just as in the past.

It would be nice if could explain how Atheists (or anyone) could possibly hate something they don't believe exists?
or is that something else someone told you to believe? do you believe everything they tell you to believe?
Maybe if you guys didn't spend an inordinately large amount of your time and focus on Him, we would think otherwise.

Maybe if atheists stopped acting like they know the Bible through-and-through, using Strong's concordance, copy-and-pasting chunks of this, that, and the other thing, etc. and so-on, we would think otherwise.

As I have said before:

  • Mention Allah = meh
  • Mention Joseph Smith = meh
  • Mention Zeus, Thor, Wooden = meh
  • Mention Jesus Christ = look out! It's 20-questions from the atheist camp!
You guys act like you're experts on OEC, YEC, Embedded Age, Last Thursday, and Omphalos -- even going as far as to tell me what I am, despite what's in my profile.

If you knew the Koran or the Bhagavad-Gita 1/100 of what you "know" about the Bible, maybe I'd assume you might have a case for the points you make; but you're focus is solely and totally against Jesus Christ and the Bible.

I don't know -- I haven't been there -- but I'd venture a guess and say you guys won't be found discussing these things in the Jewish threads, or the Mormon threads, or wherever.

And that's probably because they'd rip you apart with documentation you probably haven't even begun to know existed, then send you back here with egg on your faces.

It's okay to tell a Gap theorist that Gap theory is wrong, isn't it? or an Embedded Ager that Embedded Age is wrong -- but I'll bet you 10 cents on the dollar you wouldn't dare go to the Jewish threads and tell them they are ignorant, bronze-age, goat herders, would you?

Ya -- I get the impression you guys hate Jesus Christ too -- along with His followers.

According to Revelation, the Antichrist is going to make an image come to life.

Revelation 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

This, in my opinion, will be a public demonstration of abiogenesis; and will be the final straw that evolutionists are looking for when it comes to how life on the earth got started.

It's hard to say how much of the present religion they'll retain. Not much - that's for certain.

That event does not demonstrate the spontaneous generation of life their present story requires for, just as in all their multi-million dollar attempts to convince themselves they can match God, an intelligent engineer is present.

Not that that has any bearing on the spin, mind you. Even now they claim if they can manage to cobble together some "building blocks" it proves their story true. No reason to expect they'd employ more honest reasoning in the days to come. They'll pretty much be doing what they are told at that point, same as now.

Bronze. Is that where you mix tin in with the copper? I wonder if one of those whiz-bang geologists could tell us where the first copper or tin mine was and just who it was that brought us into the Bronze age. Of course they would have to read the Bible to figure that out, so I am sure they do not know.
