Personally I can't think of anything simple that would falsify all the evidence for an old earth and evolution.

I guess personal revelation would help... but even if God stated talking to me, I'd be strongly inclined to think that I was insane. I'd definitely be asking him the sort of questions that creationists don't have good answers for... like why do it this way? (I don't think I'd be satisfied with he answers Job got).

I disagree. Nobody who knows beans believes evolution stories for a minute. They're chompin' at the bit, awaiting the day when they can dispense with that pile of low-quality lies, and replace it with another. That's what all the space alien hype's always been about.

It's not up to men; they're waiting for the demons and devils they adore to go public (at least as "aliens", if not as themselves.)

Really, if folks simply quit taking the obvious lies and absurdities seriously, treating "2 + 2 = 5" as if it has some subtle, hidden merit, they'd go back into hiding, just as in the past.
Ah yes... evolution is obviously lies! No one with any education really believes it!

Yet you can't come up with actual examples to demonstrate holes in the actual theories and science.

I think you'll find that most people who accept evolution also are very dubious about stories about aliens visiting. (Personally I think there are probably aliens out there in the cosmos... but there are none visiting the earth, demonic or otherwise).

^_^ There is no actual science in evolutionism - that's why the meaning of the term's been under attack for so long.

What I can do, is take any evostory - any - and find and explain the trick behind the falsehoods. This is not a matter of intelligence, but integrity and sometimes patience. ANYONE can do it.

Evolutionism is spam. How many lies have each and every one of us witnessed? There is no need to dig through the entire pile. If even one story had merit, there'd be no need for the rest.

Rather than talking trash, you're welcome to name your favorite evostory. Odds are it's already been shot down, but if it hasn't, so what? You and I both know there's nothing which withstands scrutiny in your religion.

I think you'll find that most people who accept evolution also are very dubious about stories about aliens visiting.
I think you underestimate the intelligence of the readership. It's not creationists hyping space aliens.

NASA, NSF, DOE and the California Institute of Technology have already committed to finding them - not to finding out whether or not they exist, but to finding them.

Pale Blue Dot II: Abstracts: Origins Program
PlanetQuest: Exoplanet Exploration
Origins Education Forum

And :D DOE killed this formerly good link:
Redirection Page | U.S. DOE Office of Science (SC)

A real scientist could not be sure what he would see until he had some observations to go on. These people "know" they're going to observe all sorts of stuff, including the formation of stars and planets, specifically Earth-like planets, and "life signs" coming from them.

$$$$ ka-ching !!!

(Personally I think there are probably aliens out there in the cosmos... but there are none visiting the earth, demonic or otherwise).
 That's the way. Stay non-committal until word comes down from the priesthood mandating the belief.

According to Revelation, the Antichrist is going to make an image come to life.

Revelation 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

This, in my opinion, will be a public demonstration of abiogenesis; and will be the final straw that evolutionists are looking for when it comes to how life on the earth got started.

So the Antichrist will demonstrate abiogenesis, and Jesus will falsify the theory of evolution.

Biology Battle! :)

Who goes first?

Will they be taking on any other scientific theories while they are at it? Gravitational theory could use some work.

I don't walk by sight, I walk by faith.

When it comes to evolution, I go through life with my eyes closed.

"Your motto is Science can take a hike."
You choose to walk by faith (Belief without proof). Sweet mercy, Science has given you everything! Your lights your computer EVERYTHING!!!
Well, it is your belief and I respect it, but my monkey ancestors, that was both horrifying and funny all at the same time! WHY!!!!???

Evolution...But don't get The big bang, A biogenesis, and evolution put into one.
The big bang is "BANG" and things started to form, stars came into existence, rocks hit rocks creating planets, etc etc (I'm not an expert on the BBT), A BioGenesis is a cell to more and is a open field of research. And Evolution is the, you guessed it, the evolution of animals and explains the diversity of animals. (See wolves and Dogs).
Personally, Evolution is more logical based on evidence of mutations of cells in DNA, and with DNA show we are related to primates (Chimps, etc.), and that we are all similar.

Then, just like me, he will deal with the Author at the appropriate time.

I don't answer to science for my righteousness, I answer to God.

I highly doubt god talks to you. Please, the Bible says to kill unruly children, kill homosexuals, women to be silent in church, how much to pay for a slave, a rapist marries the women he raped...ETC ETC.

God would need to come down, tell everyone at once he is real then explain himself for his absence or lack of caring. Oh and AV1611VET, The KJV differs from the originals because King James wanted a divorce and the Pope wouldn't allow it because Jesus said man shouldn't separate with divorce. It has been proven the Bible has changed, just look at all the other versions and evidence supporting the change. I swear your ignorance angers me...Sorry, my point of view.

Again, in my [right to have an] opinion, falsifying evolution is a task reserved for Jesus, Himself, when He returns -- and won't be falsified until then.
...
What I can do, is take any evostory - any - and find and explain the trick behind the falsehoods. This is not a matter of intelligence, but integrity and sometimes patience. ANYONE can do it.
...

On one hand, the falsification of the theory of evolution will have to wait for the return of an omnipotent deity, and on the other it can be done by anyone.

Yet CTD declined to provide a demonstration of this possibility, as asked for in the post he was replying to.

Go figure. :)

...

Purify. All the error will be removed.

See, now that would be impressive. If Jesus was to return and provide the knowledge to complete our understanding of evolution and abiogenesis, it would definitely get my attention.

Add a little help completing the unified theory of everything, and I would know we have a deity on our hands.

God is Spirit. He wrote about it, as well as sent His Son to explain it all.
Sadly, we killed His Son for speaking up.
Fortunately, He rose again to show us all was not lost.
Pretty much exactly what you've requested.

The lack of self awareness among creationists is truly staggering. People do realize that believing what a holy book says as true is the prime example of indoctrination, don't they?

No doubt, it is a leading indicator of indoctrination. But if I question a scientific theory or concept, my criticism is often met with resistance. This resistance to consider criticism is exactly what indoctrination is. I welcome Biblical critism. It's what caused me to be a believer. So I became a believer as a result of critical analysis of scripture. (It's what my church did all the time.) So if others are "indoctrinated", I have no problem with that. As long as they learn the truth, I don't mind what road they take.

I believe what the Bible says because it's the best choice. I don't want to accept that Jesus walked on water, but the parts I do want to embrace are important enough that they would loose a lot if I toss out the odd bits.

And that philosophy has gotten me quite far. Once I started trusting God, He has opened up endless doors. The other option is to be miserable and alone again. I don't envy those people. Odd that they want me to be like them or even imagine I'd want to.

Anyone can criticize anything, it's easy, but constructive criticism is a whole different ball game, just saying something is wrong is not criticism, it's stupidity, unless you can put up an alternative you are wasting your time and making yourself look foolish. Creationisms criticism of evolution is like saying I don't want 2+2 to be 4 I want it to be 5, with no reason why it's nothing short of insanity.
God is not an answer it's a cop out.

That's not constructive criticism.

But directly to your point,
Energy cannot be created nor destroyed.
Mass at rest and motionless remains at rest and motionless unless acted upon.
So...given an empty void, why did something just happen?

God is the alternative solution to the impossible event
of nothing causing something. It the law. The reason why.
If you do not provide an alternative solution,
it's stupidity, unless you can put up an alternative you are wasting your time and making yourself look foolish...with no reason why it's nothing short of insanity.

No doubt, it is a leading indicator of indoctrination. But if I question a scientific theory or concept, my criticism is often met with resistance.
If your criticism is unfounded and based in religious presupposition, of course it's going to be resisted. If your criticism is scientific and genuine, then you'd simply be doing what all scientists strive to do: disprove the status quo and become known as The Scientist Who Shifted Paradigms. It amazes me people think science resists critique, when that's the very fuel it runs on.

And that philosophy has gotten me quite far. Once I started trusting God, He has opened up endless doors. The other option is to be miserable and alone again. I don't envy those people. Odd that they want me to be like them or even imagine I'd want to.
Not so odd that you think that dichotomy is even remotely true. But thanks for presupposing all people who don't believe as you do, must be "miserable and alone". A certain Biblical, rock-based parable comes to mind...

You are talking about the Law of God. The Muslims live under the Law. The Church lives under the Grace of God. Only there is not much time left in the currently age we are living. We need to decide if we want to live right and accept God's offer of forgiveness.

It's your choice, do you want the Law and Justice. Or do you want to know the love, mercy, grace and forgiveness of God. Along with His healing and restoration.

Oh, you bet.

In the future, we aren't even going to need the sun, and neither will plants.

There will even be a tree that bears a different fruit each month; and lions that eat ... get this ... straw!

So sayeth Christians for, oh, 2000 years now?

We need to decide if we want to live right and accept God's offer of forgiveness.
If only it was clear a) that we need to, and b) how to do it.

It's your choice, do you want the Law and Justice. Or do you want to know the love, mercy, grace and forgiveness of God. Along with His healing and restoration.
Just not any physical healing or restoration, right? It'd be too much for Christianity to, y'know, substantiate its claims...

"Your motto is Science can take a hike."
That's my USER TITLE, my motto is: GOD SAID IT, THAT SETTLES IT; which used to be my signature, until someone expressed sorrow about not being able to access something I once said, so I repeated it for his satisfaction by making it my new signature.
You choose to walk by faith (Belief without proof). Sweet mercy, Science has given you everything! Your lights your computer EVERYTHING!!!
Yes, indeed.

God gifts us scientists (ordinary men & women with the gift of knowledge) to make our lives easier during this dispensation. It's when they abuse this gift by using it against God that I get hot under the collar.

Kinda like getting your son a rifle for Christmas, only to have him shoot you with it.
Well, it is your belief and I respect it, but my monkey ancestors, that was both horrifying and funny all at the same time! WHY!!!!???
I didn't understand this.
