By his word and by his spirit.....but nowaday technology can be used to convince the world that tsunamis earthquakes volcanic eruptions and even the voice of god is performed by unknown technology....even weather manipulations that it not rain in a location....they can create apillar of fire and a cloud by day...sounds unbelievable but man has great untold weapons....that is why the nations will disarm

The point is that HaShem will do it. It will not be technology or trickery, it will be HaShem. Boom, done. However He chooses to do it.

if israel does not keep the 10 commandment lawfully...does hashem have the right to change the terms of the covenant and make it renewed.....or a new covenant?

He said through the prophets that He would never divorce Israel. I honestly think "renewed" is more correct than "new" in my understanding what Jeremiah is talking about.
