What instruments do/did you play?

Today I feel musically blessed. I got to play/practice the piano and drums at my church. Then when I came home I played the guitar. This hasn't happened in a while where I got to play all 3 of my favorite instruments in one day, so I feel it has been a blessing indeed.

Oh nice thread necro. I missed this one the first time around.

Some people think I can sing. I disagree.
I did learn the recorder in primary school. All Australian kids did back then.
I picked up the guitar in year 10 at school... but skating, rugby, reading all got in the way of practising. I would like to learn though, and the piano.

I was talking to my Pa on the weekend, he's nearly 81 and plays the organ. We were talking about playing instruments as he's selling one of his organs. He has 2, a yamaha and a hammond, a yamaha keyboard, obviously knows how to play the piano but doesn't have one, he doesn't like it enough. He learnt how to play the accordion about 10 years ago and recently bought a new one, has 6 harmonicas including a 1 1/2 inch long one that he plays for laughs, he also plays a melodyhorn and gave me a demo and is learning the guitar and wants to learn how to play the violin.

The musical talent was clearly passed down to my uncle, not my dad.

I used to play a bunch of different instruments. Weird part is, I could pick up one instrument and play it, using the sheet music of another. My band teacher thought I was weird that I never used the proper sheet music.

Flute, clarinet, trumpet, trombone, euphonium (my favorite).

I also used to play worship for my youth group in high school. So add guitar to that list.

I've always wanted to learn piano and cello.

I played the tenor sax in middle and high school. I was pretty decent. When I went to college I got a special travel case for it and everything, and brought it back and forth for a while, but I was always too embarrassed to play in the dorms so I finally just left it at home. :\ I play along with my dad (he plays guitar) when I go back, but I'm suuuuper rusty haha.

I also briefly tried to learn guitar at my dad's suggestion, but it's incredibly difficult!! I gave up.
