Last night I finished CS Lewis' The Abolition of Man and have started Quantum Physics and Theology: An Unexpected Kinship by John Polkinghorne.

I had not heard of Polkinghorne before yesterday. I learned of him here on CF when he was mentioned on a thread on the Scripture,Tradition,Reason-Anglican & Old Catholic forum. I looked him up and read an article by him that I downloaded from the web. I found the article interesting enough to purchase this little book via my Kindle.

Twelve by Jasper Kent. Set in 1812 Russia with Napoleon taking Moscow...it's a historical novel but it has vampires. Good read with lots of historical detail.

I started listening to an audio book today while cooking soup titled The Master and the Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov.
