Six months later, and they still have not made their documents public as the law requires.

Cyber Ninjas Inc. is asking the Arizona Supreme Court to throw out a $50,000 per day fine imposed by a Maricopa County judge because the company has failed to release public records about the state Senate’s 2020 election review.

Cyber Ninjas has tried repeatedly to get the Supreme Court to weigh in on lower court rulings that found it is subject to the state public records law, but the justices have declined to take the case. The latest petition, dated Monday, repeats a petition filed in November, which the court rejected, and adds the claim that the $50,000 fine was improperly imposed.

That daily fine started accumulating in January and has grown to more than $3 million.

Another million (20 days) and the tax payers will be off the hook! ; )

...on the eve of the Arizona primary elections (today), the AZ AG released the following:

Claims that 282 Arizona voters cast their ballots from beyond the grave in 2020 are unfounded, state Attorney General Mark Brnovich said, in response to the state Senate's request for a criminal investigation into alleged deceased voters.

Only one dead voter was identified after "hundreds of hours" of research by the attorney general's Election Integrity Unit, Brnovich wrote Monday in a letter to Senate President Karen Fann, R-Prescott.

"All other persons listed as deceased were found to be current voters," he wrote.

The hunt for dead voters in 2020 resulted in a cumulative 6,634 complaints to Brnovich's office, all of which were checked out and produced just a handful of potential cases, according to the letter.

It was clear much of work turned into a wild goose chase.

"Some were so absurd the names and birth dates didn't even match the deceased, and others included dates of death after the election," Brnovich wrote of the complaints.

Well, I hope that this dead voter gets a harsh sentence.

It's not clear if the AG was referring to this case....but as information, this voter was convicted in April this year:

A judge in Phoenix on Friday sentenced a Scottsdale woman who now lives in California to two years' felony probation, fines and community service for voting her dead mother's ballot in the 2020 general election.

But the judge rejected a prosecutor's request that she serve at least 30 days in jail because she lied to investigators and demanded that they hold those committing voter fraud accountable.

Were there any dead candidates on the ballot?
That's not illegal. Sometimes the dead candidate even wins, legally. But, of course, they can't serve...

There are rumours here that Donald's combover achieved sentience at some point. So, you know, if a dead person can run, why not a malignant headcreeper?

Is the Combover a registered Republican?

I think we should be told.
Sources tell me it's some kind of multi-dimensional being, which btw denies any responsibility for Donald's poor college grades. I'm not sure if party affiliation is a primary issue.
