Yes, the same applies to every species, if they are left completely alone with no predators and unlimited food, their population will grow at an unimaginable rate. However thankfully nature keeps a lid on most animal populations EXCEPT humans, we have technology and we have the power to shape nature. Unfortunately we are making a very bad job of it and I always hope that is there is a god he will teach us the error of our ways before it is too late.
Of course I want to listen to them because it makes me feel happy to listen to them. If it does not make you happy then don't listen. I can understand that. I don't listen to a lot of the news because it does not make me happy. So I avoid listening to it. Some of the parks there maybe like a holograph. Even back in the early 70's Disney had holographs as a part of their park in Florida. I believe that our pets will be in Heaven because of our love for them. The Bible is clear that all of creation is going to be saved and redeemed. I see Heaven more as a place to study and learn. After the 1,000 years there will be a New Heaven and a New Earth. It is then that death, hell and the grave will be thrown into the lake of fire and anyone not written in the book of life.
God is going to restore the world. That is what I did for a living. I was a carpenter but I did renovation and restoration. God is not going to tear it all down and start all over again new. In construction, we gut it out, usually in a day and then we rebuild. Even evolution shows us that there is a 90% extinction and then a population explosion or radiation. In this way everything is made new from a remnant of what was here before.
This is what Kat Kerr teaches. She talks quite a bit about heaven. Also the Bible says that all of Creation is going to be saved. I believe that there will be parks or preserves that we will be able to go to in Heaven where we will be able to see dinosaurs. They will require different living conditions that we we require here on earth now.
