What do you write?

I write fiction. I'm currently writing a historical novel about a young woman who was falsely convicted of a crime and sentenced to transportation to the English Australian penal colony. En route, the other prisoners on the ship somehow(don't know how yet) hijack it and she is freed. THey decide to go to America and join the Revolution in hopes of starting a new life(assuming they survive). As a Christian, she doesn't know if it's right to join a bunch of criminals.
That's just the plot. The book really centers around her relationship with God, and her feelings for a man who is with her throughout the book. She's madly in love with him, but she cares enough about him not to tell him because she doesn't believe he feels the same way about her.
That's it in a rather large nutshell. Thoughts?

hey
i mostly write short kid stories because i find it hard to concentrate on one thing at a time. my friends say i should try to write longer stories but i am happy doing what i do,
i also write poetry

kids stories are hard to write i reckon, Samantha, and good long ones are harder.

short stories are hard too, i guess, you have to make it right within a limited space. But trying something different will expand your horizon.

YAY FOR THE WRITERS GUILD! I LOVE READING AND WRITING!

Wow...what do I write? There is SO much that I'm writing right now, like 10 different stories! Most of them are adventure/dramas but I just started sort of a fantasy story. I like to write my thoughts down, too. Not like a dairy just my thoughts on verses and God and life, stuff like that. They're usually in short little snippets.

Well right now I'm writing poetry, working on a couple of story ideas, and writing a sequel to a story for a friend. But in general, poetry and stories right now. One story is a mix of romance, adventure, and drama, set back in a small 1500s French village. I have the idea for the sequel if I was to write it, but I'm still working on the first. My poems are God oriented, but many times they come out w/multiple meanings I think. They also cover different inner thoughts and feelings, and my take on different things. I'm not a song writer, but wrote out a couple of songs too, and the idea behind them. But I'm new at it so I'm still trying to figure things out.
