Eating matcha ice cream right now. We finally got a Trader Joe's in this area. So excited.

After my run I went to an American style Cafe and they made a mistake on my order. I had ordered a wrap and went back in and they told me to keep these pancakes. Bonus dinner.

I did not have motivation to go to much effort tonight for supper, so it's canned chicken breast folded into the cooked contents of a package of 'rice and sauce' mix.

Mashed potato and green beans. I didn't really plan it but I am supposed to eat be eating softer foods anyway.

The eggs were cooked separately, and then the beans and beets were added. I often mix vegetables with scrambled eggs. Usually, it's just one vegetable but I was feeling creative. The effect is similar to an omelette.

Pancakes with syrup blueberries and powdered sugar. Banana peppers on the side. And tomato soup. A very strange combination but I wanted something since my sinuses have been bothering me that was warm.
