Eating matcha ice cream right now. We finally got a Trader Joe's in this area. So excited.

Scrambled eggs with green beans, great northern beans, and beets. With olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper for flavor.

...were the eggs IN with the beans and beets...or was that separate? I am confusion.

The eggs were cooked separately, and then the beans and beets were added. I often mix vegetables with scrambled eggs. Usually, it's just one vegetable but I was feeling creative. The effect is similar to an omelette.

IMG_20211018_172146.jpg Pancakes with syrup blueberries and powdered sugar. Banana peppers on the side. And tomato soup. A very strange combination but I wanted something since my sinuses have been bothering me that was warm.
