CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

After my run I went to an American style Cafe and they made a mistake on my order. I had ordered a wrap and went back in and they told me to keep these pancakes. Bonus dinner.

I did not have motivation to go to much effort tonight for supper, so it's canned chicken breast folded into the cooked contents of a package of 'rice and sauce' mix.

The eggs were cooked separately, and then the beans and beets were added. I often mix vegetables with scrambled eggs. Usually, it's just one vegetable but I was feeling creative. The effect is similar to an omelette.
...were the eggs IN with the beans and beets...or was that separate? I am confusion.

Pancakes with syrup blueberries and powdered sugar. Banana peppers on the side. And tomato soup. A very strange combination but I wanted something since my sinuses have been bothering me that was warm.
