IE is not based on Mozilla. Right now what is based on Mozilla is Netscape, Phoenix, and Chimera (among others).

try setting a keyboard shortcut for IE? sometime while offline, right-click on the shortcut to IE on the startmenu (not the desktop) and click on properties, and click on the shortcut tab in the properties dialog box, and in the field that says "Shortcut Key" type a letter of the alphabet, so later you can just type Ctrl-Alt and that letter and IE will open.. that might work with AOL connected. Just a guess cuz I don't have AOL.

i use Mozilla and Opera. the only reasons i use mozilla is because ive been getting sent a fair few viruses recently and Mozilla came with my Linux version. i want opera back.

and the reason i wouldnt touch IE if paid is because, especially on these boards, people seem intent on all their little annoying moving signatures and cutesy frills and flippery. it grates on my nerves when im trying to read a serious debate.

Internet Explorer hand down
1.It comes with windows
2. its easy to use
3. theres the <marquee> tag
4. you've got everything you need
5. it would be pointless for IE to include a pop up filter i use a seperate 1

there we go
there is no point trying the others coz i and my bro will neva use them
also my parents cant interfere with the net security which is a drag when you search google
