I can't imagine that any reasonable person could believe that it's perfectly acceptable to lie about people being paedophiles and then go to the trouble of editing a video to try and convince people that they have sexually assaulted young children.

Well, some people don't get satire. Maybe I need to explain that it's used in an attempt to make someone's position look a little ridiculous. Often by means of humour. And often it's a little subtle, so that whoever it's aimed at often misses the subtext.

Telling anyone who will listen that some innocent people have sexually assaulted children, telling anyone who will listen that you think that they are scum, they deserve to die and look forward to an opportunity to kill them...well, that's not being satirical.
