For all you guys doing exams I pray that the Lord will bring to mind everything you need to make the best grades. All the best to you!

I didn't go to work today because I've been looking after my newborn baby grandaughter, and haven't I ever lost touch!.. and oh boy isn't my back aching!
Oooh, that's wonderful. You've gotta love a newborn.

Didn't get my garden done today, it rained all afternoon, so maybe tomorrow afternoon. Story time at the library in the morning. Third morning out this week, I'm doing well lol.

Yeah, I know what that feels like, I just had to come back and chat for a little while.

I remember doing exams and the stress it causes so I pray that you would relax and retain as much info as you possibly can. (ps I didn't do too well at Geography - in fact I didn't do too well at school lol)
thanks Neens and Tavita - just for the last few hours I've been feeling really blue.. Prayed, fixed myself some hot chocolate and I still don't feel better. Your messages has helped though. :)

Jesusfish, I'm one of those crazies who does Geography for their HSC. ;) Not to threadjack or anything, but what subjects are you doing next year?

Well, I should be out in the yard. Dan was in angel today. Normally he runs around and mucks up a bit in story time, (towards the end) but today he sat for 1/2 hr on the mat and listened to the librarian sing and read stories. It was so cute listening to him sing with the other kids and enjoy the stories (while I got some good quality time out reading a magazine lol)Must be growing up, 2 1/2 weeks until his birthday. He wants a number 3 cake, he picked it out of my cook book so I have to do some baking, it's just 2 cakes cut and iced to look like a 3. I've never done it before so it will be very interesting.

Wow, you're smart. I just did General Maths, English Advanced (and studying Ted Hughes's marital problems was nearly the death of me...), French Continuers, Geography and Biology, and the thing that I dropped was Business Studies. :( I miss Business Studies, but I had to drop something, and English would not go.

If you've a bee in your bonnet about not learning about the Geography stuff, I can send you my notes in M$ Word, if you like.

Hehe...gotta love the age number cakes!! My mum has a cookbook full of different themed birthday cakes that I can remember being fascinated in when I was an 8 or 9 year old!! ^_^
I wonder if it is the same one I got. I remember it as a child, and then when I saw it in an op shop I had to have it. It's a Women's Weekly one I think. I would prefer he wanted the zoo theme, but no, he likes the number 3, I have got 2 weeks to talk him out of it and give him the zoo cake (a round cake, with chocolate sticks around the side, and green icing with zoo animals on top) ;)

That's the one!! I took a pic of the cakes in question so we all could have a fun poll!! :D Just imagine the #3 cake turned clockwise 90 degrees and in a bit more of a masculine design ;)
