This morning I am off to "work" again at the ladies Bible study creche. Daniel is all excited and remembers that last week one of the kids didn't have any lunch so I shared some of ours with him. When I was making the sandwhiches he says to me "some for mum, some for Daniel, and some for Lachie too" Lachie is the baby of the group (16mths) and ate all his lunch before everyone got started and was still looking for more lol. So he got some of our crusts to munch on. :yum: I couldn't believe he remembered something from last week.

It looks like it's going to rain again, but hoping it will hold off until I get home (around 1.30) It did last week, it waited until we got home and settled, then we had a doozy of a thunder storm, hail and everything.

I left the stroller outside last night, so I am so glad it didn't rain last night, because it sure looks like it wants to rain this morning. (please not while we are trying to wait for buses. :( )

R did register the bike, but he did it over the net, so we have to wait until the sticker comes in the mail. It won't be long now until I can use the car again. :D

I am hoping to get my hands on some more Christmas present ideas today. I started making paper mache bowls yesterday, but forgot how much mess those things are, and well.... I have kind of canned that idea for the moment, doesn't mean I won't try again next week, just I made a heck of a mess yesterday and know exactly what I WON"T do when I try it again.

The other thing that makes me laugh is that I decided today I wanted to get some work done in the garden. Ah well, looks like I won't get it done today. ;)

Rob! That must have been quite a storm! I can't imagine such a storm but, in Queensland it does happen.
Perhaps you can put the vacuum in reverse and blow the air our instead of you know?

I guess somebody has to do it. I've been on the golf course this morning.
Really tough work out.

I don't mind you calling me neens. I let close friends call me that because it is short part of my real name anyway. Also my nephew calls me aunty neenie anyway.

you get 4 months off! Lucky you, enjoy it while you can before you enter the full time workforce (or become a parent - parents never get a holiday lol)

I'm packing for my big move to Adelaide. I leave tomorrow and still haven't found anywhere to live but its all good. God will look after me. His timing is always perfect.
Are you serious!?

Wow, aren't you just a little bit scared? Hoping that God will provide a place to live. Also a safe trip down there.

oooh, that reminds me of the time a couple of months ago, the laundry flooded and now we have this wonderful water mark on the family room carpet - worse thing is we are renting and we have a house inspection coming up. Will try to get the carptets cleaned before they come. If we can't get to it, we have a little car mat we can put over the mark as a coverup until the carpets are done. R has a business connection with a carpet cleaning place and we may be able to get it done pretty cheaply.

I really should be studying for my Geography exam... Prayers and "get off the forums and on with it"s would be much appreciated, if you could.
Yeah, I know what that feels like, I just had to come back and chat for a little while.

I remember doing exams and the stress it causes so I pray that you would relax and retain as much info as you possibly can. (ps I didn't do too well at Geography - in fact I didn't do too well at school lol)

yeah Bev it was a doozy of a storm, not as big as last years ones, but it was still pretty bad (where i am anyways).
and today there was another storm, and hail. i was at work looking at these green clouds coming in, so i thought id try and find an undercover park (there is only 20 in the whole shopping centre) but they were all full, so i prayed "God protect my car" and the green clouds slowly vanished, how cool!! i heard that the hail was pretty big in the areas where it hit. so im pretty thankful today :)

Lol... today I just had a block of 3 exams for my school certificate.. which is pretty much why I have been so scarse on these forums for the past 2 weeks...:S.... Had Maths Geography and History today... Wasn't terrible... I think I did alright.... But I couldn't really focus properly during maths... the halls backstage doors were open and this freezign draft was comming through... and I was at the very front... brrr.... combined with the fact that the exam went for 2 hours I was rather cold and hungry for the majority of the two hours of maths exam luckilly they let me borrow a jumper from the lost property bin for the geoprahy and history exam... Geography and History was pretty crazy 2 hours of non stop writing, has given me a pretty tired arm.... Oh Malkin were you studying for the Geo exam in the School Certificate... What did you or any of you other year 10's in N.S.W think of the exams??

Your brother in Christ
