I am thankful that Ch has agreed to go to church with us today... if we don't have an argument in the next few hours.

That Ch went to church with us yesterday, and we had a peaceful day. Few and far between, but nice when they come.

I'm thankful for warm clothes when I'm cold, purple gift bags, weird socks, getting papers done, achieving a mad hard yoga pose, listening to the silence, red and black anything, good headphones, a good night's sleep, computers and internet!!, best friends, handknit scarves, wood floors, contained wood fires, racquetball, laughs with friends, inside jokes, loving nicknames, webcams, and baggy pants.

I just saw my therapist today, and seeing her reminded me of how truely thankful I am for her presence in my life. She has helped me so much in the short time -- approximately 5 months -- that I've been seeing her, and I certainly wouldn't be as well-off mentally as I am now without her help.

So thank you, Dr. P.

Whenever im feeling down it always helps me to think about what im thankful for. And believe me, im not one of those happy go lucky, constantly positive people. But this really does help. Everyone has things to be thankful for, even if its just a meal to eat or a roof over there heads. And thank God for Jesus! Our redeemer lives!

I am thankful for all the lighthouses that lead me to this point.
I am thankful for god's patience and love and strength.
I am thankful for Jesus and Paul for layed down a strong philosophy that brought me back into the light.
I am thankful for some many good people in this world who use tools of communication to spread the good news.

I'll be honest, I am having a rough go right now and it is hard for me to find things I am thankful for. Call it selfishness, weakness, or what ever... I'll try...

I'm thankful for .... unused notebook paper, pedometers, weird faces, my fiance (I know I've said that one more than once but it holds true always!!), punching bags, roundhouse kicks, strength, healthy weight loss, being loved and being told that I'm loved, songs that make you think, free time with no homework (definitely should get busy with that work...), SIAW, NEDAW, people who know what those two things mean, beautiful hands, lip glosses that smell delicious, handmade quilts, my squooshy bear, hopes & dreams, chats with my "little sisters", milkshakes, racquetball, creation of interesting meals, strong handshakes, and fading memories.

I'm thankful someone I barely even know sent me a message saying they had prayed for me this morning -- I hadn't made a prayer request and so this was completely random.
