I loved this. It's probably a very good thing for newbies in the Orthodox Church to read as sort of an introduction to spiritual life. I wanted to recommend it to a new member of our Orthodox Christian men's group but couldn't remember the title. Thanks Melily.

one of my seminary professors said stick close to Chalcedon and Maximos, and your Orthodoxy will not waiver.

It was the book that Fr. David used in the catechism classes. Since I missed a few classes, I thought it a good thing to get the book and read it.
