I understand. It's the same for men too. Much of it is watered down and fails to show the reality of evil we live in and the Person and work of Christ at the same time.

There must be calamity and hardship. If you have it easy or your lifestyle is too comfortable according to them, they’ll speak. I was deeply disturbed to see the comments posted to Goodreads. It was shameful and laden with sarcasm and jealousy.

Do you have any of your writing online for others to view?

I don’t openly share that on forums. I’ve seen too mich over the years to compromise myself. I’m relatively new to this site. I don’t know anyone here.

What content are you referring to that was commented on by people on Goodreads? Fair enough. Well, my ideas and work are open to anyone who wants to check it out. The short stories on the blog are prefaced by "ToM" in the titles.

Several books by popular Christian authors. One in particular featured a cooking club. Groups of friends would get together and share a meal. They took turns hosting. It was a neat idea and something I could see myself doing.

Mentats of Dune by Brian Herbert & Kevin J Anderson. Love the DUNE series of books. Wasn't thrilled with the non Frank Herbert stuff, but it's grown on me and I've enjoyed everything I've read thus far.

Borrowed one from the library that I enjoyed. Later realized I wanted to own it for myself. So I just completed an order on Amazon for it. Also, gave another book away recently. So I re-ordered that one too to keep it in my personal inventory. (It's that good)

Between books, just finished the Lightbringer Series and am anticipating the next release in October in the meantime, looking for my next read.Will probably be nonfiction since I just finished a 4 book fiction binge.

He had a lot of good ideas such as the concept of a union of egos which is basically when people get together because of self-interest rather than the coercion that society and governments attempt to unite people together with. he also noted how liberalism had turned the idea of Humanity into a new kind of deity to worship.

He was basically the founder of egoist anarchism. his name is a pseudo-anonymous name that means something like "big eyebrow".

No. I’ve been reading things like this for a long while. I’ve had enough time to study your sex. Its the Christian male I don’t understand. ;-)

LOL. Is it weird that I just got a mental thought of alien abductions? Hmm, must be that segment on CBN news that I just watched earlier today. JK Anyway, I think I'm in the same boat via Christian women. But there's hope. I must believe that. When Jesus said that His people would be one with Himself and each other then that's the standard I will strive for. No matter how much time it takes.

I see. I've only worked at one place where my co-workers were all women. Made for some uncomfortable moments but was a good experience all in all. Resting in His presence is best. The One thing will always have first place in my life. But there's nothing wrong with advancing toward the kingdom violently and taking it by force either. But you're right. It will happen. He makes all things beautiful in His timing. Patience is something I must go deeper in.
