Challah is a braided egg bread eaten mostly on the Jewish sabbath. (Friday evening and Saturday)
This was one of the most complicated baking projects I have ever done and I have been baking since the late 1960s. I just wish I could post a pic in this forum. (I can in a few other forums). I started on Tuesday.

Didn't make it all the way... Missed some spots so had to tone my hair darker to hide it until the next bleach. So for now I'm ginger!
