I've seen people try to answer the question over and over, and not one of them has answered it validly:

Why did Yahweh require a blood sacrifice to keep people out of hell? Yeshua had to spill his blood, the Hebrews had to spill the blood of animals. Why not bone marrow or brains or intestines? Why blood? What is magical about blood that lets Yahweh forgive sins? Why does "I'm sorry" not suffice? And if it doesn't suffice, then why do we not require our children to sacrifice goats when they break our rules?

The Christians here keep saying what keeps people out of hell. But really, it's blood.

"No, you can't believe that!"

Why does it bother us so much that the Christians have and hold their own beliefs?

:)

Well, that is the wonder of the Christian faith, isn't it? We should atone but there is nothing we can do that would be sufficient to wipe out the consequences of our sin, so God did it for us.

Only because said deity is the one who decides what is and isn't "atonement".

Hell is a Christian misunderstanding and myth; there is no hell likened to how Christians describe it in the bible. The bible describes hell as the grave. And God does not punish forever, such a thing would be insane to torture a human forever, and God is not insane; the doctrines of some of his believers is what is insane.

Jesus spoke more on hell than he did of heaven. There will be punishment for disobedience. You seem to take your salvation a little too lightly. Jesus made one heck of a sacrifice to cover our sins to keep us from this eternity of punishment. The parable of Lazarus and the rich man is a good example of heaven and hell.

The blood motif is a parable that represents life.

Blood is life, God killed an animal to cover Adam and Eve's nakedness (sin). After that a blood sacrifice had to be made to God to atone for man's sin.

Jesus' sacrifice was all about is blood being spilled because there is no atonement without the blood. Jesus was the only man who had never sinned to become the perfect sacrifice.

The blood contains the "soul", not spirit, but the "soul" And God says that the souls cry out to him from the ground...

Why does "I'm sorry" not suffice?

It does, if you mean getting down on your knees, praying and repenting (saying your sorry) it does suffice, due to what Christ has done.

And if it doesn't suffice, then why do we not require our children to sacrifice goats when they break our rules?

Christ's blood is sufficient, no more blood has to be shed, his paid it all, that's why were under the new covenant and no more blood sacrifices offerings are needed anymore

The Christians here keep saying what keeps people out of hell. But really, it's blood.

The blood of Jesus Christ, to those who believe in him, and call upon him and develop a relationship with him...

Personally, I think making fine distinctions about things we don't really know how to distinguish is not something to insist upon.

The four last things: Death, judgement, heaven and chocolate.

Does that sound any better?

"If you dont behave, you dont get your chocolate."

Parents use it, so why not God?
I like chocolate, now you got me thinking.
