Allowing 13-year-old Becky Pepper-Jackson to compete in girls’ sports “harms no one,” according to the family’s lawyers, but some of the 100 girls beaten by the transgender teen might disagree.

The West Virginia seventh-grader had a breakout track-and-field season this spring, defeating more than 100 girls in the discus and shot put. She beat out competitors 280 times and took one of the three coveted spots available to Bridgeport Middle School in both events for the conference championships, according to a court filing.

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey brought a motion Tuesday detailing Becky’s march up the track-and-field rankings, saying the statistics show that Becky “is throwing farther than ever before — and improving much faster — than biologically female classmates.”

Anyone who thinks that biological males beginning in puberty should be competing in biological female sports is being dishonest.
It seems that the agenda is to do away with women's sports.

How many transgender athletes do you anticipate there being!?
It only takes three to deprive women of the gold, silver, and bronze.

Born with “lady parts” and comfortable with that.
Why didn't you just say "woman?"

Some women don't like to compete with men. That is why there is women's sports.

Because “cis-woman” is the correct term, to indicate a woman who is not a trans-woman, to avoid conflusion. (This post conforms to Skitt’s Law)

I think it's pretty silly (and probably counterproductive in the end) to try to make qualification for participating in women's sport conditional on one's gender identity rather than on one's biological sex (or more accurately, one's biological sex during puberty). We don't have separate competitions for men and women as a way of affirming people's identities; we have them as a way to create a (roughly) equal playing field despite the large effect of testosterone on muscular development.

There's no such thing as a cis-woman. There are women and there are men. You don't need to separate between women and transwomen with cis. Just use the word transwomen and we know the difference.

Cis is a gender ideology word that we don't believe in cause we don't believe in gender ideology.

My uncle’s father was the last blacksmith in our fair city, (circa 1948).
This same uncle opined that “they don’t teach fractions anymore!”, (round about ‘84). (Everything was decimals by then.)
The language is growing to meet the needs of the society it belongs to; yes, there’s new words and terms to have to deal with but they’re for upcoming generations not us Baby Boomers (and older).
It’ll be okay…it always has been.

To this point, in Science class, I frequently revise my "filler" points with the more recent research. Research innately must create new words, or at least assign new meaning to words as new inventions, both physical, conceptual and intellectual ideas are created. It's just gonna happen.

If a cis-woman is just a biological woman and not a man in some sort of identity crisis....we can use the term woman.

Funny there is no need for cis. There is a need for trans to differentiate between a woman and a man who thinks he's a woman. Or a man and a woman who thinks she's a man. Cis is an irrelevant word created by ideological people who wanted to incorporate everyone into the ideology. We're not going to be incorporated.
