Why stop there? Why not remove the punctuation also? After all, it was added by man....

You're right that the serpent-seed is "bullocks" as you put it.. It is not a Holy Spirit directed teaching and I do not see how anyone could succumb to it, but again, I don't see how it matters in the light of eternity. To be fair, there is a lot we humans snipe & bicker over which does not matter in the light of eternity... although it sure does make for interesting conversation! lol
Well, I have to look at it a third time because I've been convinced both ways now, but what seems counter-intuitive about Cain's seed being unredeemable is:

The seed of promise is a spiritual one.

This is why "the chosen race" - Israel, "failed" - in that "not all who are of Israel are Israel" to echo Paul.

We are all of us damned, so to speak, anyway. It is God's mercy, not our DNA that makes a difference.

But I 've seen a lot of convincing evidence that DNA has played a role in prophecy. The tribe of Dan plays a lead role. Google "The Tribe of Dan in prophecy" & take your pick.

(KJV, 1611) says in Genesis 1:28 that God told Adam and Eve to “...be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth”
The same wording is used again in Genesis 9:1 after the Flood. Since Adam and Eve were told to replenish the Earth, does this not clearly indicate that the Earth had inhabitants before Adam and Eve?
Yes.
Gen1 describes a baptism....not a birth
Gen1:2, the world became a ruin.

u may be trying to belittle, but that is true too.
many positions are taken because of simple punctuation issues.
On the other hand;
"Let's eat, grandma!"
"Let's eat grandma!"

A comma can save a life.
:sorry:

Believe me, I understand your position perfectly well. Infact, I have the same problem with punctuation when it comes to a certain verse, but I digress...

However, even when the chapters and verses are removed from your given passage, im still not seeing what you are seeing. I'm still not sure how you concluded that satan had sexual relations with Adam's wife, just from that given passage? Are there other parts of the Scripture that remotely alludes to this?

So like,... is everybody good with the 6th day mankind being where Cain's wife came from?

I always thought Cain's wife came from Adam and Eve...but hey, that's just me.

A Day of the Lord is counted as the combo/division of GOOD/EVIL. That is A DAY.

It has nothing to do with 'time.'

The generations/beginnings/Genesis of heaven and earth were created in A DAY of the Lord.

Genesis 2:4
These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens,

A Day of God is GOOD/EVIL. It has nothing to do with TIME as we perceive time.

The foundation of GODS DAY of creation is within His making of GOOD/EVIL.

The SIX DAY creation is more about the MEASURE of EACH DAY of creation that was put into GODS DAY of creation, made in a DAY OF GOOD/EVIL.

The SIX COUNT really has nothing to do with literal days as we perceive them. They are NON TIME related.

That is why A DAY is 'as' a thousand years and vice versa because A DAY is not time constrained.

Protology 101.

I don't see how that's feasible. When Cain was ousted he knew there were other people on the earth who could possibly kill him, that's why God set a mark on him so the people who existed wouldn't harm him.

Doesn't say anything. There only was apreAdamic race that was destroyed before the recreation, otherwise where would the darkness, which means wickedness come from and why would God who is Light create a heaven and earth on the evening of day one in darkness?
Whom did Cain and Abel marry? - Questions & Answers
The ones that could kill him could have been his family, for killing his brother. What would someone else care if he killed his brother? He started a city, he didn't find a wife there, he just took his wife (sister) with him and started a city somewhere.

Adam and Eve had LOADS of children and grand-kids after Cain and Abel. Cain married one of those.

And God blesseth them, and God saith to them, 'Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over fish of the sea, and over fowl of the heavens, and over every living thing that is creeping upon the earth.' Genesis 1:28 YLT

Squint craftly exposes the Murryites.^_^

What some folks do and what some folks think they do...are two different things. I was reminded of Squint this morning as I watched the news with my morning cup of coffee.

Robert Redford, bless his handsome self and liberal heart, was shown in an interview clip about our beloved president B.O. Redford's explanation for the difficult time being experienced by our leader is....he's black and the racist will do anything to stop him (I'm paraphrasing...I was laughing too hard to catch it all).

The talking head said, "Was George Bush vilified because he was white? Was Clinton impeached because he is white? Race has nothing to do with it but is used (by liberals) to make others feel guilty...thus getting their way." (I'm still paraphrasing).

Anyway, that is the same tactic used on this very thread. Racism, Murryism..you name it. Anything to keep folks from discussing THE WORD OF THE LORD. They can't deal with truth so strike out anyway they can.

Rather silly but...there it is. Maybe one day we can discuss topics and...discuss topics. There is so much to learn, so many wonderful mysteries in the pages to be discovered.

Actually zeke here enlightened me somewhat to Murray's positions, and it's not like you say 'today.'

I do consider however that the baseline of Murray WAS rather anti-semitic, i.e. on certain tribes of Israel past. And as yours might be if we could actually get you to commit to saying it. Some people like to dance around for awhile before tossing the bone out, that's all.

And yes, a LOT more people are racist than we suppose when push comes to shove. I know lifelong democrats who did not vote for Mr. Obama because of his race. And that racism tends to flare up even higher when there is tension.

Anyone who hasn't see this in our system is not paying attention.

I have a very particular DISTASTE for even the slightest smack of racism in theology and often try to drag it out into the open when I smell it.

I was forced to roll up my reluctant sleeves on Murray when my own father and two close cousins got suckered into his cult. My dad was more like an interested observer, but my two cousins are now brainwashed zombies courtesy of Mr. Murray's nonsense.

I can't say it's all bad because neither one of them believed much of anything prior to. Now we can at least have all night theology discussions...;)
