I never consider questions to be "a hard time."

Cain and Abel were twins...of different fathers. She first conceived Cain and then "Adam knew Eve his wife and she conceived." Cain arrived first and then "she again bare" which is to "continue in labor." Cain's twin Abel was born and he was to be a shepherd...which carries great meaning.

Where it is written, "I have gotten a man from the Lord," needs to be understood. Why would she say that? Did the Lord God father Cain? No. If Adam was the father why would she say it? Because he was not the father. If the Lord God was to be thanked...why not also thank Him for Abel? The Lord she got the man from was the serpent.

I'm open to learning new biblical truths but I'm not getting an inner witness from the Holy Spirit on this teaching about Eve & satan having sex, which tells me it's not true. It's easy to put together the fact of how nephilim were created from the Word, but this particular theory isn't gelling with scripture. I don't see anywhere else in the bible where eating a piece of fruit equates with sexual union..

So no, I don't believe fallen angels had sex with women and produced a race of hybrid giants. Just as I don't believe the devil in the form of a snake had sex with Eve and produced Cain. Because I don't see any good, biblical reason to believe that angels have genitals and are capable of sexual reproduction.

If angels are capable of reproducing with human women, are they capable of reproducing with each other, or are they all male? If they are all male, it would seem strange that God would create an entire race of creatures that only have testicles when they aren't supposed to be "fruitful and multiply" like every other sexual creature which God made.

The whole thing becomes one big mess of silly very, very quickly.

Satan never had sexual relations with Eve, so I agree with you that such a claim is unbiblical nonsense. When it comes to Genesis 6, however, it does seem that angelic beings had sexual relations with women and produced an offspring of giants. I totally understand your questions about angels and their ability to reproduce, but I will remind you that Jesus obviously had a...well, "you know what" (He was circumcised on the eighth day, after all)...and He never used it for sexual intercourse. Why, then, did God give Him one? My point is that the angels very well may have been created with "you-know-whats", too, but they were never given the command to "be fruitful and multiply". This may very well be why Jude describes certain angels "which left their first estate". Also, in the case of Sodom and Gomorrah, it certainly seems as if the men of the city wanted to "know" the angels who were present. Such "knowing" might have included...well, "you know what".

As far as the gender of angels is concerned, from what I read in scripture, they are all male...even though some seek to squeeze some female ones out of Zechariah 5:9, but I don't believe that angels are being described there.

I could have, but I like to be as thorough and honest as possible...without causing anyone to blush. :o Anyhow, God often speaks to me in the shower and I assume that one main reason is because it's one of the few places where I go where it's quiet (I've got a noisy wife and some noisy children, too).

Fruit can be several things. Literal fruit, fruit of the womb, the results of one's labors and...flesh.

But of the fruit/flesh of the tree....ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it.

Which again, speaks elsewhere after the smilitude found in Eve in the present (ie the church) where Paul feared just as Eve was deceived their minds be corrupted from the simplicity of devotion to Christ (last man). I'm not sure where this particular verse is, but sometime after the rebellion in heaven by Lucifer and a 1/3 of the angels, they had been cast out of heaven to earth, and at some time they made out with the human habitants.

They had apparently come in human form, but taller than the humans..as I understand it, this was possibly before adam and eve..I am fully aware that they were the first humans, maybe I have misread this and someone could enlighten me.

It didn't seem possible with the Genesis quote you used this morning.

The underlying Hebrew word "Yĕhovah" which is here translated as "LORD" (Gen. 4:1) appears a total of 19 times prior to this in Genesis (Gen. 2:4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 15, 16, 18, 19, 21, 22, 3:1, 8, 9, 13, 14, 21, 22, 23) and in every instance it refers to the LORD God. Now, using nothing but dreamworld eisegesis, we're to believe that it suddenly refers to Satan.
