Probably not, since I don't think I can count the number of online forum Christians who are always telling me they do not sin.
First a question: Do you believe a Christian is under the law of Moses, the Ten Commandments?
Yes, every one of us has sinned. BUT when one is born again, what does that mean to you? Are we sinners, or children of God?
I know that Jesus was tempted in every way, yet did not sin. From conception He had the seed of the Father. Thus He was born of God.
1 John 3:9
9 Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.
This means those that receive the baptism of the Spirit have the "seed of God" in them. But there are two others I'm curious about.
What about John the Baptist. He received the Holy Spirit while in Elizabeth's womb.
And what about Enoch who walked with God, and He took him.
Were John the Baptist and Enoch considered sinners by God, and did they ever sin while on earth?
Not exactly, I believe we are under Jesus’ two commandments. Love God with all your heart soul and mind and love each other as Jesus loves us. By keeping His two commandments we will automatically keep the 10 commandments because all of the commandments are based on these two commandments. Do you believe we will be saved if we don’t love God or if we don’t love others?
He never sinned, but was made sin, by virtue of being made flesh.
Psa 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
My question is, did John the Baptist sin since he was born of God in the womb. And if Enoch sinned, why would God take him. To me that means Enoch didn't sin.
True, John had the Holy Spirit much earlier than most but, he was still a sinner as all of us are.
Proof -- he sure did know how to preach regarding repentance now didn't he?

Stay with the program; I answered the OP TITLE question. If I was answering another poster, I would have "quoted" them.
I think we can toss Abel and Elijah in the mix here too.
Abel and Enoch were pre-Mosaic Law, so "for where no law is, there is no transgression." (Rom 4:15)
Elijah...Didn't die, but was taken away ala Enoch.
And as you pointed out, John had the Spirit of God from the womb.
I don't think any of the four committed sin.
Church dogma says Our Lord and Our Lady were both sinless.
I will not speculate about anybody else.
Using this logic, Adam and Eve did not sin either because Abel was their son. So I would count Abel out of it.
John was a special case. He called himself the "witness" in his Gospel book.
John 1:4 "There was a man sent from God. His name was John. 5 He came as a witness to testify concerning the light, so that through him all might believe. 6 He himself was not the light; he only came as a witness to the light."
Did you know that the book of John was not written by John the Baptist?
Who wrote it?
The tradition goes back at least as far as the non-canonical texts The Ascension Of Isaiah circa AD 70 and The Odes Of Solomon circa AD 80.Where does that dogma come from?
I couldn't care less.Does the Bible say Mary was sinless?
