I'm not following your point. Darwin was correct about natural selection being a driving force behind evolutionary change. We know that because we can see it.

My intent is not to get anyone to change their beliefs or interpretations. The main thing I'm focused on is persuading some Christians to stop pitting scripture and Christianity against science. It's driving some people away from the faith.

That's not how genetic testing works. Did you really think geneticists are like "Well the sequences are similar so they must be related"? Is that really all you think there is to it?
