Because I don't need to. I've already said: YouTube videos are not evidence of anything except evidence of videos on YouTube.
I don't need to accept the idea of their having been a historical war on Mars, or that Sodom and Gomorrah were actually places on Mars, an idea that completely flies in the face of anything historical.
I don't need to accept asinine ideas.

A more accurate statement would be that we have considered the first x unevidenced silly ideas and while there might be a wolf in the woods, you have lost the potential to warn us of it.
