Not everyone will have those fruits, some will die to early. Some others will fight bitterness all their lifes. What I belive what really matters is our hearts seaching from the things above. Which are from the kingdom of God, and those things are love, joy, peace, patience. Those are the rewards every believer desires, not what shows we are save.

About who are the wheat and tares. From the outside they look the same tbh, my guess of what makes them unique is their seed. One that seeks within their heart or one that seeks with other reasons. I dont think it is the way they were raise. On the other things you say, I agree, fruits of the spirits are something mature believers show, but some tears may also can fool us.
I dont know, maybe. Some people only like going to church, but they never really care for the gospel of their salvation. It means nothing to them, only another sunday in church. How much it means to them the lord Jesus Christ sacrifice is good indication. Ask them for the gospel of their salvation. If they dont mention our Lord finish work of the cross, it is a good sing they are tares.
There are many believers who dont understand how much our lord jesus Christ sacrifice means. I ask them about their salvation and how they are going to heaven, almost no one says. The lord Jesus paid for my sins and I owe him everything. They most of the time say, becuase im a good person. Which is why Im zealot against preaching works intead of grace.
