Lulz, all black people are not in inner cities area, a lot of them are not in inner city areas, but it's understandable, this is the racialized term used to describe black people without saying black people. The same goes for words like urban. Most black people I know did not grow up in inner city areas, especially those in the South, but for some reason when talking about black people, the comment is "inner city", I wonder if they even know what that term means.
And it's Democratic. Democrat is a noun, you don't call them Democrat cities, you call them Democratic cities. What are they teaching in schools these days?
A small percentage of blacks live in inner cities, and yet they are in ruins. And they are large-percentage black. Meanwhile, the black population overall has almost a 30% poverty rate.
You will find that I am not going to tiptoe around the landmines you lay down for me. Those are the FACTS. Do you like them? Have the Democrats just done a stellar job at addressing them? How?
