Unable to Access CF except through a proxy server...

I cannot access CF at all except through a proxy server...

Even through a proxy server, keep getting logged out... very slow to navigate if possible at all...

Hope it's being worked on...

Able to get in this AM but had to remove the www in the front of Christian forums...

Been having issues for a while with CF switching accounts without notice or warnings and without logging out and back in..

Anytime I try to feed my pets I get a message "unknown, item does not exist" and logged out.

I had trouble even with a proxy server earlier.
Now I got in WITH the *WWW* addy but my siggy is not posting as usual; other times I get logged out navigating as well.

Is there no one we can contact when there are troubles like this by email or phone?
It is frustrating to be a PAID SUPPORTER with NO immediate support on issues like this (when you cannot even log in or post there is a problem)

Last night an administrator in chat said to clear cookies....well I did that but it didn't help, and whoever is in CF has no idea there is a problem!
I could only read the chat, but was unable to communicate with anyone about the glitche.

Hanging in here and hoping we get help and direction soon

Yes me too I could not get in ...and I am not planning to unlog either...I do not know how to clear my cookies... it would be good if anyone can navigate me I think I have vista windows...

Not sure about vista; with IE at the top of your window you have a TOOLS link; click on TOOLS/DELETE/COOKIES.
It doesn't always help in any case; they need to get to the source of the problem.
For the most part I have not seen an increase of speed navigating CF either since their upgrade

I'm sorry gang. I have no idea what's up. I've emailed Pauler a list of all the issues going on. Hopefully they'll get fixed soon.

Clearing cookies isn't solving the problem for me either.

The only way I can get in now is by proxy server, and even then there are many areas that keep telling me that I am not allowed to access them and logging me out. I had to log in 3 times just to post here. (if this post posts)

Things seem to normal at the moment; logged in as usual and was able to get around without getting kicked.
Hopefully we are on the mend now; thanks to all for their support and feedback

Not cleared up. Tried to log in with two different accounts. No luck. Cleared my cache, tried again. No luck.
