Hehehe... On fertilityfriend.com judging by my CM and when I had my last period, Wednesday was my "most fertile" day. I told my husband that when he picked me up. He claimed I was putting too much pressure on him. *snicker*

We should make a shirt or something so our husbands know when we're fertile... "I'm fertile, let's get busy"
Hopefully he will get used to my bluntness. I'm not usually so forward.

I have a friend who had a surprise baby, when she looked online and calculated her last cycle, she realized that she got pregnant right at the time they told her she would be most fertile. Here's hoping!

I totally understand. I'm so focused on how important it is that we "practice" when I'm ovulating that the in between time seems like eternity. We are still try to "practice" every other day, even when I'm not ovulating.

Does anyone else stick to any guidelines (trying every other day) or weird routines? (Like holding your legs above your head after sex)

We did it every other day and I put a pillow under my hips after for 20 minutes afterwards. It worked!

We do it every day during ovulation and my fertility window. I lie flat for 30 min after wards.

Today is my first fertile day, so lots of BD for DH and I this week

I try to lie down for at least 10 minutes, usually with a pillow under my hips... but I am the kind of person that doesn't like to sit still! Also, I find that even if I go to the bathroom before, I usually have to go right afterwards... Perhaps I just need to relax and grab a book to read.

I heard that when trying to conceive it is best for the man to reach [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] first before the woman. Something about when the woman climaxes, the muscles contract and help draw it all in... Did anyone else hear this?

I had a doctors appointment today and it looks as though we're ready for the infertility treatment process.... but not doing so well... just got off the phone with my insurance and they don't cover infertility so im really sad about this! our insurance is considered private because we don't get it through a work..and only if our insurance came through a company would we be qualified for infertility...and as of right now my hubby doesn't have insurance through his business so i don't know how long we'll have to wait for that. hubby and i both need to go get a test done and if we did it would cost between $600-$900 without insurance. i just don't know what to do.........i don't want to wait any longer!

Ahhh hon, I'm sorry to hear that. Will definitely keep you in prayer.

I know if you two really want this you will do whatever it takes to make it possible Perhaps you could cut back in areas, maybe get a second job- refinance your home. Just some ideas

I guess no one found my story funny. Now it really is funny. I didn't have an LH surge the entire Thanksgiving weekend. Still haven't, and it's day 23. I thought with the clomid you are pretty much guaranteed to ovulate. Oh well, calling the doctor tomorrow.

Hi there, I've been using ovulation testing strips thsi month and I'm a bit perplexed.

This morning I had really thick stringy CM but there was no hormone surge shown on the test strip. Is it possible that I am ovulating today but it just didn't show on the strip? I've never really paid attention to my CM until this month (thanks to Leanna).

Just wondering if you have any thoughts either way? I haven't started temping yet but if I don't get PG this month I will try and figure out how it works and start next month.

HMM, I have never done the testing strips, so I dunno. Stands to reason that you could be getting a false negative. Have you tried retesting with a new strip?

I've never found CM to be terribly reliable. I've had it stop, start and show up at all kinds of weird times.

Well my ovulation testing kit was positive yesterday afternoon, so DH and I BD'd twice yesterday Hope this is my month!!!
