I took a test a few minutes ago and got a faint positive within four minutes. I always thought I would be dancing in this moment, but I just feel weepy and terribly emotional. And I feel like AF is coming, so it's hard for me to believe it. But those two lines are sitting on my dining room table so...I guess I can believe it. Ladies, I know it's not easy to read two positive stories so close together. I dont' want to hurt anyone. Love ya.

Oh glory to God! I'm crying! It's positive!!!! I can't believe it! Woohoooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!! I'm going to be a mommy again! Thank you God!
I used Clear Blue easy, I'm 9 dpo (maybe 10), I held my peepee all night and bounced out of bed at 5:40 am to test and its faint but definite! I am so so so WOW, I can't believe it! YAHOOOOO!!!!!!

Oh if only my heart would slow down again!!!!!!

In other news, I am now 1 week late. Tested this morning and was negative, though I tinkled at 3am, then did the POAS at 5:25am so who knows.

okay...
i have a question regarding the ovulation tests...
i know that i need to pee on the thing just like a pregnancy test but im confused on when to know when to do it, can anyone explain it to me... thank you!

If you know how long your cycle is.. if it's not irregular.. like me... then I believe you just test somewhere in the middle there... and you just monitior it.. it should help you to know if you are about to or if you are... or if your not.. I don't know though.. they don't work for me because of my irregular cycles..

Can i suggest something t hough... I just started using this thing called The Ovulation Scope.... it's a little tube about the size of lipstick.. and it has a lens... and you put a little saliva on it... let it dry for about 10 to 20 minutes then look at it throughthe little microscope that i son it.. and there are patterns you look for.. if you are ovulating they kinda look like fern leaves.. and it really does work! This is my first month using it so, hopefully! But you just wipe it off with a soft cloth, and put the cap back on and it is reusable.. for as long as you want it. They cost more than regular ovulation kits.. but not much... and it lasts forever... So you get your money back, in just 2 ovulation kits... you can find them at Walmart and places like that with the pregnancy tests and stuff.

I have always heard that women will ovulate between 10 to 16 days from the 1st day of AF. When I use the ovulation tests I usually start on day 10 until I ovulate.

You test several times over the course of a few days. The tests indicate how much of a certain hormone you have and you should see a 'surge' in the hormone indicating ovulation.

Have you tried taking your BBT to start? It's cheaper than OT and would also tell you if you're ovulating.

the thing is... i hardly ever get a period, i actually need to call my doctor and get back on something to get it... but that doesn't necessarily mean im not ovulating, its just hard to know when if i am. i have about a box and a half of those ovulation test wand things so i was just going to randomly try it.... what is bbt?

It's taking your temp with a basal thermometer (Walmart has one for less than $10). When you ovulate, you temperature spikes right afterwards and stays up until your period, when it drops again.

I'm not trying for a baby, but I keep thinking I am pregnant. I do really really want to have children, and God has given me lots of scriptures about being pregnant, giving birth and having babies in the last few weeks. Plus I've started to get hungry more and to feel sickly, and to be dizzy. I wonder if it is possible to make yourself have symptoms. My husband is on the verge of TTC now. He's still a bit scared. Perhaps we have already conceived and he won't have to make the decision.

I am the same as you, I've said before I think I have PCOS and should go get tested soon.. just so much going on right now. But, I have a period like once every 3 months or so.. sometimes less sometimes longer.. my cycles are super long... and that's why I use the scope over the regular kits you buy.. because you can reuse the scope over and over. and it's about the price of 2 ovulation predictor kits.
