I think the claim is more that some people were denied bail or bail was set at a level they couldn't pay, not that they were denied bail hearings.

I can only deal with the arguments as they are (incoherently) presented. If someone wants to claim years without a bail hearing, I must assume they actually know what a bail hearing is. It is spelled very differently than "trial" and does not appear to be a typo.
