God allowed Trump to lose, and allowed the other good Christians in the government to criminally indict him for multiple charges. God is doing the work for the good of the nation. God allowed good men to find Trump liable for sexual assault and God allowed good men to take millions and give it to victims. WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to hear an appeal brought by a man charged with offenses relating to the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the U.S. Capitol in a case that could have a major impact on the criminal prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

The justices will hear a case brought by defendant Joseph Fischer, who is seeking to dismiss a charge accusing him of obstructing an official proceeding, namely the certification by Congress of President Joe Biden’s election victory, which was disrupted by a mob of Trump supporters.
The Supreme Court accepted a case Wednesday that could affect hundreds of prosecutions tied to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol as well as one of the federal criminal cases against former President Donald Trump.
That will be the big one where hundreds will be freed from unjustice of them!! They will sue the Biden admin for millions. This is not some right wing rag its a left wing rag where most Dems get their talking point of the day.

The first January 6th cases have now reached the level of the Supreme Court where the court will decide whether or not to hear the petitions.

Attorneys for Edward Jacob Lang and Mark Sami Ibrahim have submitted petitions to the court to take up their respective cases.

If the court decides to hear the arguments both cases could potentially set legal precedent and upend hundreds of other January 6th political prosecutions.

While we are on the topic of political prosecution and persecution, the government of the United States needs to release our brothers Owen Shroyer and Douglass Mackey. Shroyer didn’t even enter the Capitol building and Mackey just made memes during the 2016 election cycle.
