Weird that the post jumps so quickly from talking about actual crimes to a far-right buzzword with no legal meaning. Almost as if it were trying to immediately change the subject from real crimes to RNC fantasies.

Putin and Erdogan just did a deal on Syria. The US is the biggest loser.

Tuesday's deal added to the humiliation. It was Sergei Shoigu, the Russian defense minister, who effectively declared that it was time for the Americans to leave Syria.
Shoigu said that US had less than two hours to comply with a ceasefire agreement reached last week between Erdogan and Vice President Mike Pence, a deal that expires at 10 p.m. Moscow time Tuesday. As part of that deal, Pence said the US would withdraw the sanctions that were placed on Turkey last week once a permanent ceasefire is achieved.
The Americans, Shoigu suggested on Tuesday evening, had "one hour and 31 minutes left" to get out of Syria.

As I understand it, the new Turkey/Russia deal expands Turkey's border zone to several times the size (in length) of that agreed to in in the US-Turkey negotiations. We'll see how Trump responds.

My guess is Trump will either ignore it or shrug and state it's Putin and Erdogan's issue to deal with.

The US-Turkey deal: "In exchange, the United States agreed initially to clear Syrian Kurdish fighters from a strip about 75 miles long and 20 miles deep along the border — and to lift existing sanctions on Turkey and refrain from imposing more."

Russia-Turkey deal: "Russia and the Syrian government would start removing Kurdish militias from a far larger part of the border, extending hundreds of miles from the Euphrates River to Iraq"
