What you are claiming is based on second and third-hand information. Here's part of a NewYork Times article that illustrates it quite well:
Bolton Objected to Ukraine Pressure Campaign, Calling Giuliani ‘a Hand Grenade’
"The aide, Fiona Hill, testified that Mr. Bolton told her to notify the chief lawyer for the National Security Council about a rogue effort by Mr. Sondland, Mr. Giuliani and Mick Mulvaney, the acting White House chief of staff, according to the people familiar with the testimony."
One person testifies that someone told her about someone else saying something, and that's according to some other unnamed people. Then we get this information from a news source not exactly friendly to the administration. Not to mention that this testimony was done behind closed doors, which means we have to rely on someone else to tell us what the testimony was in the first place.
I'll wait until such testimony is televised so we can see for ourselves.
