As in labeling them an "enemy of the American people," smearing their reputation with innuendos regarding their (real or imagined) political bias, or making disparaging remarks about their editorship or circulation which would have nothing whatsoever to do with the content of the article in question?

Not at all.

As I said, I will read their article and make a conclusion based on its merits... if I think it comes up short, I'll say so, and try to explain why I think so.

It seems like they're poking a little fun at Donald's administration on this one -- The dog's name is classified because he's still "in-theater," so we're just going to release this color photo of him... oooookay....

Heaven forbid that the terrorists learn his name is actually "Cupcake..."

And then there's Donald's claim: “We have declassified a picture of the wonderful dog (name not declassified) that did such a GREAT JOB in capturing and killing the Leader of ISIS, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi!” Trump tweeted.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Baghdadi blow himself up with a suicide vest? Unless Cupcake hit the detonator (no easy feat without a thumb), we can't really give him the credit, can we?

Then there's the whole "captured and killed" part -- technically speaking, you do one or the other; not both. Bit of a puzzler on Donald's part... but Cupcake's still a very good boy.

I don't think "Cupcake" cares who gets the credit. At the very least, his pursuit added a new level of urgency to Babhdadi's actions....I know it would if he was chasing me.
