And again, a false claim. A clear crime was shown to have occured as by NY law. And the punishment was set according to the gains from breaking those said laws. That you want to ignore law just because of the person who committed it says a whole lot about your respect for local law. Only attack against America is coming from arguements like yours.
Somebody here keeps blaming the Capitol Police for letting all the peaceful friendly visitors on Jan 6th. There is no respect for law enforcement. Lately, the 'law and order' rightists have shown little respect for law enforcement.

Engoron wrote in his decision last month finding Trump liable for fraudulently inflating the value of his assets that he found Cohen’s testimony credible about Trump indirectly ordering him to reverse engineer financial statements.
The "judge" not referred to by name in the rest of this post is *NOT* Engoron, but US District Judge Jesse Furman.

The judge did not directly address questions about Cohen’s tax evasion plea, but noted: “This factfinder does not believe that pleading guilty to perjury means that you can never tell the truth. Michael Cohen told the truth.”

Anyone that followed the Michael Cohen criminal case was aware that it was strongly suspected that he didn't tell all he knew about the non-Trump parts of his criminal activities (tax evasion and taxi medallions). That seem to because he had a low-level connections to the Russian Mafia in NY through his family. The prosecutors implied that he had not revealed all of the criminal activity of others he was aware of and the implication was fear of the mob.
Engoron needs to be held accountable.
non-sequitor and not related to the judge in the thread title.
