Total COVID-19 Cases Surpasses Half Million Worldwide

If your god is causing a pandemic to teach a lesson, then yes, he is a monster. Much in the same way that Owen Wilson would be a monster if he was causing a pandemic to teach a lesson.

The purpose of my post was to share a few thoughts
from a talk by a Rabbi whom I named.

The point I was referring to was that the Spanish flu
is estimated to have taken 50 million lives plus left many suffering.

This corona pandemic is far from that number,
why?
The Rabbi,s thinking is it is a wake up call.

Omorality, hatred, materialism.

This may touch a nerve of some, but worth considering.

What is the meaning of gravity?

Believe it or not but some do believe in a Creator who has complete control over all
things.

Pretty sure very few of them think a pandemic is a thinking entity. Mostly that's just you so far.

He also meant that the Creator had called for a stop in the current "civilization,
to give us a chance to wake up.

By making us sick and killing us. What a great deity you believe in.

Ok, you win. The death flu is going to decimate the entire human race. Ya better go clean out your local Costco and stores in a panic. Golly gee how will we ever survive this? Nothing in the history of the world even compares!!!

And in a year when we get to look back at this, we're all going to act surprised at how we murdered the world's economies, and put millions if not billions out of work and into poverty, needlessly.

C'mon antichrist. The people are ready for you.

Yeah I mean it's not like it's happening in multiple countries right...oh wait it is. you have nearing 100 people dying a day in italy, but it's nothing to worry about, it's the economy that will be ruined.

I will ask AGAIN, what is the cost of people dying and the health care system colapsing? People being too sick to work, or infecting others and making them too sick to work.

The US now has the highest number of recorded Covid19 in the world.

The rabbi is accusing your god of being a monster for using this virus to teach a lesson.

This virus is not killing as many people for a few reasons:
1) It hasn’t run its course yet, important to note that the Spanish flu’s second wave was far deadlier than its first.
2) With it’s current death rate, if Covid-19 infected everyone in the world, it would break 50 million dead and that isn’t factoring in further deaths from medical supply limitations.
3) The Spanish flu occurred during World War I where the world was in no way prepared for it because it’s resources were already stretched thin from the Great War.

The rabbi is wrong. This virus simply seeks to keep itself alive and unfortunately that means harming if not killing us in process. It doesn’t care about our words or actions, it doesn’t care about whether we are black or white, red or blue, Jew or Gentile. It simply wishes to replicate.
