  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i was online last night. and i happend to suddenly get this tool bar installed onto my parents Computer somehow. i think its a spy ware tool bar. i Could be wrong? but im sure thats what it is. i didn't Click on nothing at all online last night and i still got it installed. The tool bar is called ''SearchBar'' and its on the bottom of my parents computer screen.

i ran both Ad Aware 6.0 and Spy Bot search and Destroy. and i even Ran our Norton anti virus and Defrage and Disk cleanup. but after all that the ''searchbar'' was still on there once i restarted the Computer.

and we haven't had any major problems up until this Point.

were running XP Pro on our computer. The searchbar wasn't in the Add Remove programs either i already checked that.

Did you recently install AOL instant messenger or anything else? it usally comes bundled with other stuff.

Look in your add/remove for stuff like "WildTangent Multiplayer Library" or "other things that might not look so familiar....

If you are using XP Pro you could always roll back the system a day or two...

Hope this helps a bit..
